De Ballebak Indoor Play Centre Rotterdam South

Dear customer.

We would like to inform you about an important change:

As of 1 October 2026, the location at Charloisse Lagedijk 940 will no longer be part of De Ballebak or our franchise organisation. From that date onwards, the De Ballebak name and concept will no longer be used at this location.

But!

De Ballebak is not disappearing from Rotterdam South.

De Ballebak will return at a new location!

We are currently actively searching for a new and suitable location in Rotterdam South. We are in discussions with two estate agents and are exploring several possibilities.

Our ambition is to create a brand-new and modern De Ballebak indoor play centre, preferably with an outdoor area and ample parking facilities.

In addition, we are exploring possibilities for extra activities, including an indoor water park.

The new location will of course once again carry the familiar name:

De Ballebak Rotterdam South

As soon as we have more news about the new location, we will of course let you know.

We hope to see you soon at the new De Ballebak Rotterdam South location!

Kind regards,
Management of De Ballebak Netherlands
